Eugene Gierczak
Eugene is the former national chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. He provides advice on all aspects on intellectual property law including litigation. Eugene has a long established history of drafting original patent applications covering a variety of technologies. He has extensive expertise in the preparation and prosecution of trade mark, copyright and design applications, as well as trademark opposition and expungement proceedings in Canada, the United States and Europe.

Myron Mallia-Dare
Myron is a corporate lawyer with significant experience in the technology sector. His practice focuses primarily on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital funds and corporate finance. Myron counsels clients on complex technology matters relating to IT law including, FinTech, RegTech, blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, technology licensing and commercialization, cloud computing, app development, e-commerce and medical technology.

Peter Little
Peter Little is an associate in Miller Thomson LLP’s Intellectual Property Group. Peter carries a broad intellectual property law practice, advising on commercial and litigation matters. Peter has experience in litigation matters covering patent, trademark, and copyright disputes. Peter provides support for clients seeking to register trademarks or secure patent protection for their inventions. He also assists on intellectual property law issues for financing and M&A transactions.
